We are an ARCHERY ONLY club located in Rensselaer County, off Central Nassau Road, East Nassau, New York. We currently have approximately 40 members.
Meeting Code of Conduct
The following are the rules to be followed at any Tri-Village Meeting.
1. Once the meeting is called to order all will sit in the meeting room. The bar will be off limits and closed during the meeting.
2. Officers will give their reports. Questions may be asked after the report is given. If you have a question, raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged by the chairperson.
3. One and only one person may talk at any given time. All members have the option to make comments and/or give suggestions but in a respectful manner.
4. If the member cannot abide by the rules, showing respect for their fellow members…
a. They will be reminded that they are out of line.
b. If they are told more than twice, they will be asked to leave the meeting.

Click here for a Membership Application. To be considered for membership, you must complete an application and submit $10 application fee, come to 2 monthly meetings and participate in a work party. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm.
